Overview
Sadra Rosewater Digital Sales & Brand System was a small-business digitalization project created for a local rosewater producer.
The initial request began with visual identity.
The client brought a number of existing logo references, marked them by hand, and explained which visual elements should be combined or adapted.
The task quickly grew beyond logo work.
The business also needed:
- a website for product presentation and sales,
- a Telegram bot capable of supporting sales interactions,
- automated replies,
- business cards,
- and printable labels for rosewater bottles.
This turned the project into a compact but complete digital-business ecosystem.
The Original Business Need
The production side of the business already existed.
The digital side did not.
The client needed a practical way to present the product, create a recognizable identity, handle customer inquiries, receive or facilitate sales requests, and produce consistent print assets for physical products.
The project therefore had to connect several different layers:
Physical Product

Brand Identity
↓
Packaging / Labels

Automated Customer Interaction

Sales
The technical challenge was not large-scale architecture.
The challenge was delivering a coherent digital experience across multiple channels for a real small business.
Client-Directed Visual Concept
The visual concept was not created in isolation.
The client arrived with:
- approximately ten logo references,
- hand-drawn notes and markings,
- visual preferences,
- and a clear idea of what the final identity should feel like.
My role was to convert that informal direction into finished digital assets.
Recommended public wording:
The client provided a rough visual direction using multiple logo references and hand-marked examples. I translated that direction into the final digital logo and extended the identity across cards, product labels, website assets, and software interfaces.
This distinction is important because it accurately separates:
- client-originated concept direction from
- digital realization and implementation.
Visual Identity Scope
1. Logo Development
The logo was created from the client’s reference-driven visual direction.
The work included converting a loosely defined idea into a clean digital asset suitable for:
- web use,
- printed cards,
- bottle labels,
- promotional materials,
- and software interfaces.
The final visual identity centered on:
- a water-drop motif,
- a circular badge,
- green/blue color treatment,
- and the Sadra brand name.
2. Business Card Design
The business card extended the logo into a practical sales asset.
It included:
- brand identity,
- product positioning,
- phone/contact information,
- visual consistency with the logo,
- and print-ready composition.
The surviving social-media image shows both Persian and English-facing business-card variations.
3. Product Label / Bottle Sticker Design
The business needed labels for bottles of rosewater.
The label work connected branding directly to physical production.
Requirements included:
- clear brand visibility,
- product identification,
- print suitability,
- scalable composition,
- consistency with the business card and website.
This part of the project is especially useful as evidence of connecting digital design with real physical output.
Software Scope
The project also included a software and sales-automation layer.
1. E-Commerce Website
A sales website was created to establish a digital storefront for the business.
The website supported the commercial presence of the brand and provided a controlled environment for:
- introducing the company,
- presenting products,
- supporting customer inquiries,
- facilitating sales,
- and providing digital contact points.
The exact historical checkout/payment architecture should be documented only if source code or screenshots are recovered.
The confirmed project scope is that the website was intended for product sales.
2. Telegram Sales Bot
A Telegram bot was also developed.
This was an important part of the project because Telegram was a natural communication and sales channel for the target customer base.
The bot supported sales-oriented interactions and automatic replies.
The project therefore extended beyond static web presence into conversational automation.
Conceptually:

Sales Workflow
Automated Responses
The Telegram bot included automatic response behavior.
This helped reduce repetitive manual communication.
Potential interaction categories included:
- product information,
- availability,
- ordering guidance,
- contact information,
- common questions,
- sales-related responses.
Only historically verified behaviors should be published as exact commands or flows.
The safe high-level description is:
A Telegram bot was implemented to support sales interactions and provide automated customer responses.
Multi-Channel Digital Presence
One of the useful aspects of this project is that it did not rely on a single channel.
The business identity was propagated across:
Logo
↓
Business Card
↓
Bottle Label
↓
Website
↓
Telegram
This created consistency between:
- physical product,
- print materials,
- web presence,
- and direct customer communication.
My Role
My role covered the digital implementation of the project end to end.
Responsibilities included:
- understanding the client’s visual references,
- converting hand-marked visual direction into a finished logo,
- business-card design,
- product-label design,
- print-ready asset preparation,
- website development,
- sales-oriented web implementation,
- Telegram bot development,
- automated-response logic,
- integration of branding into digital channels,
- deployment-oriented implementation,
- and client-facing iteration.
The production of rosewater itself belonged to the client.
My work covered the digital and software side of the business.
Ownership Positioning
Recommended wording:
The client owned and operated the rosewater production business and provided the initial visual direction. I implemented the digital identity, print assets, e-commerce website, Telegram sales bot, and automated customer-response workflows.
This wording makes the project ownership clear without overstating authorship of the business or visual concept.
Why This Project Matters
At first glance, this could look like a simple local-business website.
Its value is broader.
The project demonstrates an ability to convert informal client ideas into several coordinated deliverables:
Rough Visual Direction

Customer Interaction
This is an example of practical product delivery at small-business scale.
What Made the Project Difficult
1. Informal Requirements
The requirements were not provided as a formal specification.
The client communicated through:
- examples,
- visual references,
- hand-drawn markings,
- and verbal descriptions.
The technical task included interpreting that material accurately.
2. Cross-Disciplinary Delivery
The project crossed several disciplines:
- branding,
- print preparation,
- UI work,
- web development,
- bot development,
- and automation.
A change in one area could affect another.
For example, the final logo had to work:
- on a bottle label,
- on a business card,
- on a website,
- and inside digital communication.
3. Physical + Digital Integration
The output was not limited to screens.
The system connected digital design with physical printed labels and business cards.
That required thinking about:
- scale,
- readability,
- print layout,
- brand consistency,
- and real-world use.
4. Sales Through Multiple Channels
The website and Telegram bot served the same commercial objective through different interaction models.
The website provided a structured digital storefront.
Telegram provided a more conversational and immediate customer channel.
Historical Evidence
Current evidence includes a social-media post shared on July 30, 2019, after receiving client permission.
The post publicly shows:
- the Sadra logo,
- a Persian business card,
- an English business-card variant,
- contact information,
- and the project branding.
This provides strong visual evidence of the branding portion of the historical project.
Additional evidence may still exist in:
- source-code archives,
- website backups,
- bot source,
- PSD files,
- print label files,
- hosting backups,
- screenshots,
- or old deployment folders.
Evidence Status
Recommended label:
Partially Verified — Public branding evidence exists; software and bot artifacts should be attached if recovered.
This accurately distinguishes between:
- the branding work currently visible,
- and the software components remembered from the project history.
V2 — Modern Reconstruction
The modern version should preserve the original business problem rather than reproduce the old implementation exactly.
Recommended V2 name:
Sadra Direct-to-Consumer Commerce Platform
The modern system could combine:
- product catalog,
- direct ordering,
- customer management,
- inventory,
- messaging,
- automated support,
- payment integration,
- order status,
- label/document assets,
- and analytics.

Create Order in Core System
The important architectural principle is:
Telegram should be a channel, not the system of record.
All orders should ultimately live inside the primary application database.
Brand Asset Management
V2 could also formalize the visual assets.
Assets may include:
- primary logo,
- monochrome logo,
- print logo,
- web logo,
- label templates,
- business-card templates,
- social-media graphics.
This makes the identity reusable without duplicating uncontrolled files.
Product Label Generation
A useful modern extension would be structured label generation.
Possible data:
- product name,
- volume,
- production date,
- batch,
- contact information,
- QR code,
- brand information.
The system could generate print-ready PDFs from templates.
This would directly connect the original design work with the modern software platform.
QR Integration
A bottle label could optionally include a QR code linking to:
- product page,
- authenticity information,
- reorder flow,
- contact page,
- batch information.
This is a natural extension of the physical-digital integration already present in the original project.
Admin Dashboard
A modern dashboard could show:
- today’s orders,
- pending orders,
- revenue,
- top products,
- inventory,
- repeat customers,
- message volume,
- unresolved inquiries.
RBAC
Potential roles:
- Administrator
- Sales
- Fulfillment
- Support
- Read-Only
Permissions should protect actions such as:
- editing products,
- changing prices,
- processing orders,
- managing customers,
- changing bot responses,
- accessing reports.
Audit Trail
Important business changes can be recorded:
- price updates,
- order status changes,
- payment changes,
- product changes,
- automated-response configuration changes,
- user actions.
Testing Strategy
Feature Tests
- product browsing,
- order creation,
- customer creation,
- inventory adjustments,
- Telegram webhook handling,
- automated response routing.
Domain Tests
- order totals,
- stock movement,
- message routing,
- status transitions.
Integration Tests
- Telegram API adapter,
- payment gateway if introduced,
- notification channels.
Security
A modern implementation should include:
- authenticated administration,
- RBAC,
- CSRF protection,
- server-side validation,
- secure secrets management,
- webhook verification,
- rate limiting,
- audit logging,
- HTTPS,
- backups.

Interview Story
Situation
A local rosewater producer needed more than a logo. The business had a physical product but lacked a coherent digital identity, online sales presence, and automated customer communication.
Task
The client provided rough logo references and hand-marked visual ideas and wanted them converted into a usable brand, sales website, Telegram sales bot, automated responses, and physical product labels.
Action
I translated the visual direction into the final digital identity, designed business cards and bottle-label assets, developed the sales website, implemented the Telegram bot, and added automated customer-response workflows.
Result
The business received a consistent digital and physical identity together with practical sales channels and customer-communication automation.
Suggested Website Full Description
Overview
Sadra Rosewater Digital Sales & Brand System was developed around 2018 for a small traditional rosewater producer.
The project began with a client-directed logo concept but expanded into a complete digital-business solution.
The final scope included brand realization, business-card design, bottle labels, an e-commerce website, a Telegram sales bot, and automated customer responses.
The Challenge
The client’s requirements were largely informal.
Rather than receiving formal design or software specifications, I was given a set of logo examples, hand-drawn markings, and verbal explanations.
The challenge was to convert those ideas into a consistent system that worked across both physical and digital channels.
Original Solution
The completed project linked the company’s physical product to several digital touchpoints:
- branded labels,
- printed cards,
- website sales,
- Telegram interaction,
- automated replies.
This gave the business a unified identity and a practical digital-sales presence.
My Role
The client owned the business and provided the initial visual direction.
I handled the digital execution:
- logo realization,
- print design,
- website implementation,
- Telegram bot,
- automated response logic,
- and integration of the brand across channels.
Version 2
The modern reconstruction would evolve the project into a Laravel-based direct-to-consumer platform.
The V2 architecture would centralize:
- products,
- customers,
- orders,
- inventory,
- payments,
- messaging,
- and support automation.
Telegram would remain a communication channel while the Laravel application would become the system of record.
