In Deutschland gibt es viel Bürokratie und man muss für alles Briefe und Korrespondenz haben.
In den letzten drei Jahren hat diese Bürokratie stark abgenommen und mancherorts ist sie digital geworden, aber im Großen und Ganzen tendieren alle Zentren zur Bürokratie.
Wenn in solchen Systemen ein Brief bei Ihnen eingeht, ist es sehr wichtig, den Brief so zu speichern, dass er beim nächsten Mal zugänglich ist, sodass Sie, wenn ein Finanzbrief vom Absender kommt, schnell auf frühere Briefe zurückgreifen können.
Für dieses Problem habe ich zunächst eine physische Klassifizierung verwendet.
Ich habe die gesamten Briefe in 14 Kategorien und jede Kategorie in viele Unterkategorien unterteilt.
Wenn ich also physisch einen Brief erhalte, war der Zugriff auf diesen aufgrund der Art der Speicherung und des Abrufs sehr einfach.
Im zweiten Schritt brauchte ich aufgrund meiner arbeitsreichen Arbeit Zeit, um auf frühere Briefe zurückgreifen zu können.
Aus diesem Grund habe ich ein Projekt mit Laravel erstellt. Ich habe alle alten Briefe gescannt und ihren Text in das Projekt eingefügt, um eine sehr einfache und genaue Suche zu haben.
Ich nenne dieses Projekt Heimautomatisierung mit dem Ziel, die empfangenen Briefe zu digitalisieren.
Für den Front-End-Teil habe ich die Softui-Vorlage verwendet und das Backend ist mit Laravel.
In Germany there is a lot of bureaucracy and you have to have letters and correspondence for everything.
In the last three years this bureaucracy has decreased a lot and in some places it has become digital but by and large all the centers are trending towards bureaucracy.
In such systems when a letter comes to you it is very important to store the letter in such a way that it is accessible next time so that when a financial letter comes from the sender you can quickly refer to previous letters.
For this problem I first used physical classification.
I divided the entire letters into 14 categories and each category into many subcategories.
So when I physically receive a letter, accessing it was very easy due to the way of storage and retrieval.
In the second step I needed time to refer to previous letters due to my busy work.
For this reason I created a project using Laravel.
I scanned all the old letters and put their text in the project to have a very easy and accurate search.
I call this project home automation with the aim of digitizing the letters received.
For the front-end part I used the Softui template and the backend is with Laravel.
در کشور آلمانی بروکراسی خیلی زیاده و شما برای هر کاری باید نامه و نامه نگاری داشته باشین، در سه سال اخیر این بروکراسی خیلی کمتر شده و در بعضی جاها دیجیتال شده اما عمدتا تمامی مراکز میل به بروکراسی دارند
در چنین سیستم هایی زمانیکه یک نامه برای شما میاد خیلی مهم هست که نامه رو به شکلی ذخیره سازی کنین که در دفعات بعدی قابل دسترس باشه تا اگر از شخص ارسال کننده نامه ی مالی اومد بتونین بسرعت به نامه های قبلی ارجاع بدین
برای این مشکل ابتدا از کلاسه بندی فیزیکی استفاده کردم، کل مراکز رو به 14 دسته تقسیم کردم و هر دسته رو به تعدادی زیادی زیر دسته، بنابراین از نظر فیزیکی وقتی یک نامع دریافت میکنم نوع ذخیره و بازیابی اون دسترسی بسیار راحتی درست کرده
در قدم دوم بدلیل مشغله کاری امکان رجوع به نامه های قبلی هم برام زمان بر شد، به همین دلیل یک پروژه با لاراول ساختم، کلیه نامه های قدیم رو هم اسکن کردم، هم متنش رو داخل پروژه گذاشتم، تا جستجوی بسیار ساده و دقیقی داشته باشم
به این پروژه میگم اتوماسیون خانگی با هدف دیجیتالسازی نامه های دریافتی، برای قسمت FrontEnd از قالب softui استفاده کردم و Backend با laravel هست
